Air fryer potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 400 g Potatoes
  • Spray oil

Optional dressings

  • Garlic & parsley - mince together 2 garlic cloves 15g butter (melted) & 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Cajun seasoning I buy this from Tesco

Instructions

  1. Preheat your airfryer to 160C.
  2. Wash potatoes, peel if desired.
  3. Cut potatoes in half.
  4. Then cut in to quarters.
  5. Slice diagonally to make 3-4 wedges from each quarter.
  6. Rinse in cold water.
  7. Pat them dry on a clean towel or using kitchen towel.
  8. Spray with oil and add your optional dressing, if required.
  9. Alternatively you can use 1 teaspoon of salt & pepper and lightly coat with spray oil.
  10. Cook for 12 minutes at 160C in your airfryer.
  11. Turn up to 200C for around 6-8 minutes. Check after 5 minutes as depending on size they can cook quickly.
