Super fluffy, tasty, saucy chicken nachos made in the slow cooker.
Spray your slow cooker pot with spray oil or even rub with a small amount of oil.
Chop your vegetables up and place them in the slow cooker pot.
Add in the tinned tomatoes and the tomato puree.
Add your spices.
Place the chicken breast on the top.
Shred the chicken breast using a couple of forks and mix it into the vegetables.
Serve on the top of tortilla chips. Or with your choice of side!
If you like it then serve with sour cream, guacamole & nacho cheese sauce.
Add grated cheese.
