Mash the bananas. Add the egg, vegetable oil and milk.
In a separate bowl combine the sugar, salt, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and plain flour.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Spray your loaf tin, or use a loaf tin liner. Pour the mixture into the loaf tin.
Bake at gas mark 5 (190g) for 40-45 minutes. I check after 40 minutes, using a cake tester, and mine was ready.
