Chips with salt and pepper seasoning, onions and peppers
Pre-heat your oven to 200C (gas mark 6).
Chip your potatoes. You can just cut into slices and then lengthways into chips.
5 minutes before the end chop your onion and pepper.
Add spray oil to a wok, cook your vegetables for 3-4 minutes and then add the cooked chips, the salt and pepper seasoning and then toss together for 1-2 minutes before serving.
