Coat your chicken breasts in 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil mixed with the 2 tablespoons of Tikka paste.

Spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent the chicken breasts from sticking.

Cook at 180C (360F) for 8-9 minutes.

Turn the chicken breasts over and then cook for a further 8-9 minutes. (Times will vary depending on breast sizes. If you're using chicken breast chunks you'll want to cook for nearer to 5-6 minutes each side before checking)

Check the internal temperature is at least 74C (165F) before serving.

I wrapped my air fryer tikka chicken breast in a little foil and rested them for a couple of minutes so that the breasts would be juicy. They really were!

Serve in a soft white flour roll, tortilla wrap or with air fryer chips! You can even make this recipe into chicken tikka kebabs with the addition of onions and peppers for a tasty meal served over rice.
