Crispy, yet fluffy air fryer carrots. Perfect with a roast dinner!
Scrub your carrots. Peel IF you like. (This is optional though!)
Slice your carrots lengthways into 4 or 6 pieces, if you're not using baby carrots.
If you want you can parboil them first, and this will reduce the cooking time slightly. It may also make the insides even fluffier. I parboil for around 6 minutes.
Place into the air fryer basket. If you're using the optional dressing you may want to consider using an oven safe tray to collect more of the dressing.
Cook at 160C for 10 minutes.
Turn up to 200C for a further 10 minutes. Shake the carrots as you turn the temperature up.
Check 5 minutes into the second 10 minutes.
Serve once cooked.
