  • 115 g self-raising flour
  • 55 g butter or margarine
  • Pinch of salt
  • 35 g cheddar cheese grated
  • 75 ml semi-skimmed milk


  1. Mix together the self-raising flour and butter.

  2. Add a pinch of salt.

  3. Add grated cheddar cheese.

  4. Combine well.

  5. Add the semi-skimmed milk and mix.

  6. Divide the mixture into 6.

  7. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.

  8. Drop the mixture inside the air fryer basket.

  9. Cook at 200C for 8-10 minutes.
