Air fryer cajun chicken

Cajun chicken made in the air fryer. Juicy, succulent and packed full of flavour with a homemade seasoning mix.

  • 640 g chicken mini fillets
  • Cajun seasoning see my recipe


  1. Add your chicken to a bowl.
  2. Add your cajun seasoning and rub all over the chicken fillets.
  3. Lightly oil the air fryer basket (if desired - I use spray rapeseed oil)
  4. Add your chicken mini fillets to the air fryer.
  5. Cook on 200C (400F) for 20 minutes, turning 10 minutes in.
  6. If you overload the air fryer basket a little, like me, then you'll want to give these a shake a couple of times during the 20 minutes.
  7. Check the temperature before serving. Chicken should be at least 74C/165F internally before serving.
