Crispy delicious roast potatoes in the Ninja Foodi

250mlwater
600gpotatoes
Spray oilvegetable
Herbs of choicesage, garlic and rosemary

Instructions
Add 250ml of water to your Ninja Foodi.
Peel, wash and chop your potatoes.
Place into the pressure cooker pot.
Pressure cook for 3 minutes. Use quick release.
Drain your potatoes. Discard the water.
Shake roughly in the pot.
Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket.
Spray lightly with spray oil. I find around 10-15 sprays sufficient to cover all of the potatoes.
Cook on the air crisp / fryer mode at 190C for 10 minutes. Shake halfway through.
Shake well.
Spray again with another 10-15 sprays of oil.
Add herbs of choice. I love fresh garlic, sage and rosemary. You can use any herbs that you're a fan of but I love to use frozen herbs from my own herb planters.
Cook at 200C on the air crisp / fryer mode for 6-8 minutes. Shake halfway through.
Depending on the size of your potato you may need a few more minutes. Exercise some common sense here - if they're not brown and crispy then they're not cooked!
I find that 18 minutes is perfect for the size of potato that I like to serve to my family.
