  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • salt & pepper
  • 600g potatoes


  1. Pre-heat your airfryer to 180C.

  2. Wash your potatoes.

  3. Peel and chop your potatoes.

  4. Add salt & pepper and olive oil.

  5. Cook at 180C for 25-35 minutes. Shake halfway through.
