ySense review

ySense (formerly known as Clixsense) is a get paid to website that helps you earn more for completing paid surveys, filling in profile surveys, signing up to special offers and much more.

Back before I ran my own websites I used to spend all of my spare time working on get paid to websites. I still dabble now, but not to the same extent!

I’ve made over $5,000 myself on Ysense, but it is the kind of website where you can make $10s of extra income every week, depending on the free time that you have available of course!

I have to be honest and say that Ysense is NOT my best paying site overall, but if you’ve got lots of time to make money online it is definitely worth a browse a few times a week as they can have some great special offers to complete.

As with everything that I write about here on my website I’m always happy to lend a hand. If you’re not a member of Ysense yet then make sure you *sign up now for free!

Then you can work through this guide that tells you everything you need to know about Ysense.

How to earn on Ysense

Sign up using a confirmed e-mail address, sign in and you’ll be able to access the following.

Surveys

This one is really self explanatory! Lots of surveys to complete under the ‘complete surveys’ button. At a quick glance while writing this I have the option to take surveys worth from $0.20 to $3.00. There was lots of variety too.

You can see an ID number for the survey, the fee you’ll earn and the approximate length of time that the survey should take.

Personally I like to just prioritise the higher paying surveys, as these are worth the time for me, or any survey that takes just 2-3 minutes, as I know these are usually just a few questions long.

There are surveys available on here too with daily surveys on offer for $1, 90c, 70c etc and other surveys from Samplicious and Toluna regularly available. A few times a week there are surveys worth $4 or $5 and these can take up to 60 days to credit.

I have personally completed some of these offers and they were of great help to my balance when they eventually credit. Surveys are entirely dependant on your demographics.

Offers

Ysense Offers – This section is full of opportunities to earn a few $. The tasks are varied. For example you may be asked to download an app for $2, or you may be asked to sign up for a free trial of an app which you’ll have to remember to cancel afterwards for $4.

If you’re someone who can set a reminder, and act on it, then working through the free trial offers can be a great way to get some extra cash. Be sure to check out the offers on *TopCashBack or *Quidco too, just to see if you can maximise the money you’re making by getting the best reward for each offer you complete.

Ysense Watch – here you can view adverts each day to earn guaranteed month. Some days they just have $0.01 adverts, but you often get the option to watch additional adverts too. These typically pay 3 adverts per $0.01. You can rate the adverts to see ones more suited to what you enjoy watching.

More people seem to complete watching these videos while undertaking other tasks online, rather than actually watching the adverts!

There are multiple offer walls under the offers section including Wannads, RevU, OfferToro, ayeT Studios, AdGate, Adscend, Peanut Labs and AdGem. All of these have different tasks and special offers that you can complete for some extra $s.

You may find that some of these offer walls are on other websites, so if you see a very lucrative offer it can be worth checking any other sites you’ve spotted them on, as the rates can differ from site to site depending on how much commission the websites themselves are taking.

There is also a history tab at the bottom of the offers section to allow you to check the status of pending offers etc.

Daily checklist bonus:

You CAN earn a bonus on the money that you make. To do so you’ll need complete at least 2 paid surveys and 2 offers from one of the offer walls.

You can also earn EXTRA BONUSES for having a 3 day streak completing the daily checklist bonus and having the add-on installed to your browser of choice.

The daily bonus is an amazing 12%, so this is well worth your time if you’re looking to boost your income. You can earn an additional 2% for running the ySenseAddOn for at least 1 hour a day and an additional 2% for hitting the 3 day streak activity bonus.

Affiliates

If you’re someone who can sign up other people then you can make some additional money when your friends or family complete offers, surveys and tasks on the task walls.

Each sign up earns you from $0.10 to $0.30, depending on their location. When your referrals earn $5 you’ll receive $2.00 as a thank you.

For every survey or offer that your referral gets approved you’ll receive 20% of their earnings as a bonus for yourself.

If you’re someone who can get 200+ active referrals then you’ll receive 30%. Wow!

Obviously this isn’t going to work out for everyone, but if you’ve got friends or family who want to make a little extra money you could always share your link with them (as long as they consent of course!).

I love to cashout for either Amazon, Paypal or more recently Tesco. it’s great to get a little extra money off my food shop, and much appreciated!

Forum

Here you can chat with like minded community members to discuss special offers, tasks, surveys, and much more.

I don’t take part in chatting on forums much these days, as I’m usually short on time, but I used to love this a few years ago and you can probably find some of my old messages under Katykicker!
